Lam Master - Laminar Stress Measurement System

The Lam Master is a simple turn-key laminar or annealing stress measurement system. Glass coupons up to 200mm long, 25mm wide and 10mm thick can be easily inserted into the machine and automatically analysed. The system provides a stress image, a striae map as well as surface compression, centre tension and other key data. The system works well on clear and privacy glass. The liquid index fluid tank means no specimen preperation. Operation is very simple and calibration is easy to maintain. |
DT1410 - New "low cost, added value" Thermoelastic Stress Analysis Infra-Red Array Camera
| This is a new range of infra-red detectors from Stress Photonics offering Thermoelastic Stress Analysis at more affordable prices. In addition to its TSA capabilities the DT1410 is also an excellent thermal imaging system and can be used for thermal non destructive testing applications. (It requires liquid nitrogen to cool the detector head.) |

This full-field photoelastic strain measurement system features automated data acquisition and processing. The extremely sensitive system can measure shear strain magnitude and direction without high-strain photoelastic fringes. The GFP 1200 utilises Stress Photonics' DeltaVision software for detailed analysis and high quality presentation. |
GFP 2000 - Dynamic Photoelastic Stress Analysis - On-Line Quality Monitoring
| The GFP 2000 works with a wide variety of coating techniques includng instantly useable glue-on sheets or easy to apply paint-on epoxy. Special tinted resins enable the system to automatically measure the coating's thickness, reducing photoelasticity to a simple paint and shoot technique. With the GFP 2000 residual stresses in glass and plastic can easily be assessed without coatings. Production auto glass can be inspected without removing the black paint band! |
